I still remember the first time I heard someone mention Dutch Baby Bake for brunch. I had never

heard of the dish and was disappointed. I’ve been getting great comments when I post breakfast

recipes ever since I learned how to make them myself. If you are confused, let me explain what exactly

this dish is.


Dutch Baby Bake



o 4 tablespoons of butter

o 6 eggs

o 1 glass of milk

o 1 glass of AP flour


o 1/2 teaspoon of salt

o cinnamon stick

o 1 teaspoon of vanilla

How to Make Baby Dutch Baking


1 Butter a 9×13 baking dish. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and place the baking dish in the oven


until the butter melts.

2. While the butter is melting, combine the eggs, milk, flour, salt, cinnamon and vanilla in a blender

and pulse until well mixed and smooth.

3. Pour the oil over the melted butter and bake for 22 minutes or until the edges begin to brown.

4. Before serving, cut it into pieces and sprinkle it with powdered sugar, syrup, butter, fruit, etc.
