Air Fried Chili Garlic Wings are a delicious combination of airy comfort and the rich flavor of sweet

chili and garlic. This recipe is perfect for a game dish or a delicious dinner. How to make these

delicious wings:


For the wings:


• 2 pounds chicken wings, diced and tips removed

• 1 tablespoon baking powder (NOT baking soda)

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/4 teaspoon black cumin

Best for the sauce Chili Garlic:


• 1/2 cup chili sauce

• 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped

• 2 tablespoons honey

• 1 tablespoon soy sauce

• Juice of 1 lemon


• Optional: 1 tablespoon sriracha or sambal (more for excess heat)


• Air film

• Large bowl

• Small pan

• Mixing spoon




Prepare the wings:

• Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This helps flexibility.

• Mix baking powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and stir until well


2. Preheat your air fryer:

• Preheat your air fryer to 200°C. It usually takes 3-5 minutes.

3. Cook the wings:

• Prepare the wings in the same air in the air basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may


need to do this in batches to avoid overcrowding.

• Bake for 24-30 minutes, turning in between, until golden brown and soft.

• While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce. In a small saucepan, combine chili sauce, minced

garlic, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and sriracha (if using).

• Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is heated and slightly

• When the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl.

• Pour the sweet pepper-garlic sauce over the wings and stir until well coated.

6. To serve:

• Make the wings immediately, optionally top with sesame seeds or green onions.
