Cream Cheese Lemonade Cake is a delicious and delicious dessert. Here’s a simple recipe you can try:



For the frosting:


• 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

• 6 tablespoons melted butter

• 1/4 cup pureed

For the filling:

• 8 ounces (1 package) ) butter cheese, soft


• 1 can of flavored whole milk

• 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)

• 1 teaspoon lemon zest

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• Yellow food coloring ( optional) Topping for



• 1 cup whipped cream

• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract




1. Prepare the crust:

• In a mixing bowl, stir together cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well


• Press mixture evenly into sides of a 9-inch baking dish. Use the back of a spoon or a glass-bottomed

glass to press the crust evenly.

• Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2. Prepare the filling:

• Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.

• Gradually add milk, lemon juice, lime juice and vanilla and beat until smooth and well combined. If


desired, add a few drops of yellow food coloring to add color.

• Pour the filling into the cooled graham crackers and spread evenly with a spatula.

3. Let the cake cool:

• Cover the cake with plastic or aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until hardened.

For best results, keep it in the refrigerator overnight. 9

• Spread or drizzle whipped cream over cooled lemons before serving.

5. Serve and enjoy:

• Cut the Cream Cheese Lemonade Cake into slices and serve cold.

• If desired, garnish with lemon peel or slices.
