Recipe: Marinated cucumbers, onions and tomatoes
Ingredients:
3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Method:
Mix cucumbers, tomatoes and onions in a large bowl.

completely dissolved.
Carefully pour the marinade over the vegetables, making sure they are well covered.
