Corn Flakes with Bananas Breakfast



– Corn

– Milk

– Almonds

– Honey (optional)


– Nuts (such as almonds, walnuts or pecans, optional)

– Nuts (such as chia seeds, sunflower seeds or sunflower seeds) (pumpkin, optional) )

– Fruit (not possible such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)



1. Start by pouring the cornmeal into the bowl.


2. Cut the banana into slices and place on the corn.

3. Pour the milk over the corn and bananas until coated to your liking.

4. Optional: Add honey to the top of the cereal for added flavor.

5. Sprinkle over seeds, nuts and seeds for extra flavor, texture and nutrition.

6. Take a spoon and enjoy your delicious and nutritious meal! Make sure to choose
