The best French toast

° 8 ounces (8 slices) brioche bread
° 4 large eggs
° 3 tablespoons heavy cream

° 1 teaspoon pure vanilla
° 1 tablespoon brown sugar
° a pinch of salt
° a pinch of cinnamon
In a shallow bowl, stir together eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon

until well combined.
Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated.
Melt the amount of butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add the breaded bread slices to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown
and cooked through.

Repeat with remaining bread slices, adding more butter to pan as needed.Serve hot French toast with
your favorite toppings like maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries or powdered sugar.
