IRON SKILLET BLACKBERRY COBBLER
Ingredients:
° 6 tablespoons sweet butter, cold and cut into pieces

° 1 cup self-raising flour
° Half a teaspoon salt
° Half a teaspoon ground cinnamon
° 1 cup + 2 tablespoons white sugar
° 1 cup whole milk
° 1 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
°2 cups fresh blackberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Coat a 9-inch cast iron skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add the cooled pieces of butter to the pan.

Place the pan in the oven until the butter melts.
Place flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl.Stir to mix.
Remove the pan from the oven (when the butter has melted) and add the mixture to the pan.
Scatter the blackberries over the surface of the crust.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. (The crust should be golden brown.) Serve hot.
Garnish with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
