GARLIC BUTTER PIZZA PULL APART BREAD
Ingredients:
1 Pane Di Casa Vienna or Sourdough Bread, unsalted
2/3 c melted butter
4 cloves garlic, pressed (or 1 clove garlic)
1/3 c pizza sauce

1/4 red onion, finely chopped
1 large, ripe tomato, finely chopped
3-1/2 oz 100 grams mini pepperoni slices
Fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
3/4 c shredded mozzarella

1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs or Italian seasoning
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Add the crushed garlic and melted butter to a
small mixing bowl. Mix until well mixed.
Cut the top of the bread diagonally from top to bottom. Covered with aluminum foil. Place the bread

on the prepared baking sheet.
Pour 1/2 of the garlic butter sauce over the bread. Spread the pizza sauce over the garlic butter. Add
tomatoes, onion, basil, sausage and cheese on the bread. Pour the garlic-butter sauce over the bread
and sprinkle with Italian herbs. Cover the bread with aluminum foil.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Remove the lid

and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Stay warm and
enjoy!
