Philly cheesesteak sliders
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 onion

1 large green pepper
½ pound fresh flank steak, chopped
° 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed garlic powder
° Salt and pepper to taste

° 1 to 12 packages sweet rolls
6 slices provolone cheese
° 1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Preheat oven 400 degrees F

Preparation:
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat,
stirring occasionally, until peppers and onions begin to soften.
Next, add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook the steak and
break it up with two forks to prevent it from sticking. Cook until the steak is no longer red.Set the

plate aside.
Cut the muffins in half horizontally, leaving the 12-cup muffin tin intact. Place on a baking sheet.
Spread the steak mixture evenly on the bottom half of the bread. Top with sliced cheese and the top
half of the bread.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, dried thyme and Worcestershire sauce.Spread the butter
mixture generously over the surface of the bread.
Place the burgers in the oven and bake for 17 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese
has melted.
